Adding color, step by step

Looking for a way to add some color to your wardrobe, but not quite sure how??  Have no fear! I have put together a simple way to add color to your wardrobe without having to buy a complete outfit, using pieces you should already have in your wardrobe -- and if you don't you have to stop at Panache today so we can find those pieces for you!

1. Start with a pair of colored jeans -- the easiest way to incorporate this into your every day wear is getting a color you are comfortable wearing, these royal blue are trendy but still close enough to a denim pant.We currently have a great pair of David Kahn royal blue straight legs in the store.

2. Pairing it with a neutral top is balanced and effective. A striped shirt is a classic stand by and looks great with bright colors. 

3. If you have gotten the hang of color and are looking for more ways to wear it -- try incorporating a great bright piece of jewelry, or a scarf. As long as the colors work together, the outfit works. 

4. As for your shoe, keep it neutral or leopard print -- in my opinion leopard print works with everything. And if you don't already have a leopard print scarf, come into the store and get one today. It adds just the right something to every outfit.

Although April can't make up its mind on if it's going to be warm or cold; eventually it WILL be summer! And the best accessory of all in the sun is SUNSCREEN! Today we wanted to feature a great new jewelry line we just got in the store, Zzan.
Created by Ziva Neuman and Liora Danon, they have combined a multitude of different materials; using gold, silver, bronze and leather. All the jewelry is handmade and manufactured in Israel. Beautiful and original pieces.

Fall favorites

One of my favorite things about fall is the cute tights and socks to wear with boots. As soon as we got these in from Hue I couldn't wait for the weather to get just a LITTLE (emphasis on little) bit cooler so that I could wear these.

Finally it has! The great thing about both these tights and socks is that they actually keep you warm; so not only are they a great fashion statement, but they are also practical!

Kostick Jewelry

Here is a sneak peak to some beautiful glass jewels we will be getting in a few weeks...and a little background on the artist herself, Etta Kostick

Etta Kostick is a self taught jewelry designer living in Chicago who specializes in working with stained glass. Etta's first introduction to glass came at an early age; she was raised by glassblowers in Massachusetts, and at seven, they ignited a spark in her for the glassblowing medium of lampworking.

We just got these great pants from David Kahn--that are a little bit trendy but you will get great use out of them. Because they are just a basic brown you will be able to wear them past the "colored denim" trend use by date :)
